Den Kreative Platform er en procesmetode, der er udviklet til at skabe kreativitet og nytænkning. Det specielle ved Den Kreative Platform er, at den udvikler deltagernes kreativitet, mens de arbejder eller bliver undervist. Resultatet er flere og mere nyskabende ideer, et engagerende og kreativt miljø samt mere kreative medarbejdere eller elever/studerende.

Den Kreative Platform anvendes, når en gruppe mennesker har en fælles opgave, de ønsker at løse uden at sidde fast i rutiner, fordomme, forventninger og andre begrænsninger, der fremkommer af at tænke og gøre, som man plejer. På Den Kreative Platform bliver det lettere for alle at anvende al deres viden sammen i en kreativ proces.

Den Kreative Platform kan anvendes som motoren i innovative og entreprenante processer til at skabe engagement og nytænkning. Den kan anvendes til organisationsudvikling eller medarbejderudvikling i offentlige og private organisationer. Og den kan anvendes til undervisning i skole, gymnasium og videregående uddannelser.

Bogen er skrevet i samarbejde mellem Søren Hansen og Christian Byrge, og den er udgivet af IDEA på Aalborg Universitet.

Creativity Perspectives on Entrepreneurship

Tang, Byrge, and Zhou discuss the role of creativity training for entrepreneurship education and matters of concern in integrating creativity training in entrepreneurship education. The authors view creativity as a key competency of entrepreneurship being closely related to the abilities to recognize commercial opportunities, generate new business models, and build the skills to act upon them. They suggest exploring the relation between creativity and entrepreneurship from the perspectives of goal and process, characteristics, competency, and entrepreneurial intention. To successfully integrate creativity into entrepreneurship education, program designers should pay attention to a number of issues and concerns, such as the advancement of domain-relevant skills, creativity-relevant skills, task motivation, domain-specific or domain-general creativity training, and teaching and evaluation methods.

Embodied creativity training

paper presents a study on the effect of a new program of embodied creativity training on the trainees’ creative self-efficacy and creative production. In the training program 180 trainees were trained for 39 h over a period of nine weeks. Trainee's creative self-efficacy and creative production (originality, elaboration and fluency) were tested pre and post of the training. One month after the program finished, representatives of trainees and all trainers were interviewed in order to develop a qualitative understanding of the effects and potential improvements of the training program. The results show a significant increase in creative self-efficacy as well as in creative production. Implications for embodied creativity training are discussed.
