Christian Byrge achieved his PhD degree doing research on the enhancement of creativity in educational creativity and in business creativity. He has been engaged in this research field for more than 15 years and is member of the editorial boards at Journal of Creative Behavior, Journal of Thinking Skills and Creativity, Journal of Creativity & Business Innovation, Journal of Inventions in Educational Research and Journal of Business Models.
Christian has invented several practitioner oriented toolkits for creativity training that have been taught to 100.000+ professionals from USA, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia as well as counselled leaders at various levels on how to become a more creative leader and how to make their organisation more creative.
Christian has been one of the lead educational designers for the development of a bachelor program on Creativity & Business Innovation and a master level program on Creative Genius as well as on several courses on creativity at all levels of ordinary, executive and professional education.
Christian regularly gives keynotes, teach courses and do counseling on the enhancement of personal, team and organisational creativity on the following topics:
- Training of creative competences, skills and creative self-efficacy.
- Development of a creative culture.
- Evaluating, measuring and testing individuals and teams for creativity.
- Identifying and selecting novel and valuable ideas.
- Organising and facilitating advanced creative processes.
- Prototyping and feasibility testing of novel services, products and business designs.
- Persuading gatekeepers on novel, original and impactful new ideas.
